Ronan Conboy

Ronan was co-opted onto the board in August 2024. An accomplished C-Suite Executive with 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Ronan has held a number of C suite roles during his career including 12 years as CEO.

Ronan has spearheaded multiple Transformational and Change Management Projects during his career. Given the roles held to date he holds extensive experience in engaging with government and regulatory agencies and stakeholders across Europe.

His leadership philosophy emphasizes fostering a positive corporate culture, promoting inclusion, diversity, and a profound sense of belonging within teams. Ronan is also a member of the Compliance Institute of Ireland Diversity and Inclusion committee.

Ronan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management; Masters in Leadership & Management from UCD; is a qualified Chartered Director from Institute of Directors Ireland; as well as holding Insurance and Compliance qualifications.
