Niamh Hahessy

Niamh has a background in care having completed a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education and worked as a Special Needs Assistant for several years, mainly in early intervention classes for children with autism. She also has experience in the charity sector as a Community and Events Fundraising Executive. Niamh holds a BA in Commercial Modern Music, vocals. She has a keen interest in singing, particularly group singing and it’s positive effects on health and wellbeing. She has volunteered with many community groups facilitating singing workshops and choir sessions. She is looking forward to combining previous experiences with new, and supporting carers via the Online Family Carer Support Project.
