Avril Dooley |
Avril has worked with the Alzheimer Society of Ireland since January 2009. Part of her role as Grassroots Coordinator is to develop and expand the Society’s grassroots movement particularly in the areas of lobbying, campaigning and awareness building activities and to oversee the recruitment, development and networking of activists. She previously worked with Age Action Ireland as a Development Officer where she was involved in establishing resident councils in a number of facilities across North Dublin. Avril holds a degree in Sociology and Social Policy and a Masters in Applied Social Research from Trinity College Dublin. |
